Center for Spiritual Living, Simi Valley

We have recently launched the Leadership Institute at the Center for Spiritual Living, Simi Valley. See our 2010 Winter-Spring Calendar for a list of our offerings. The first workshop is Moving from Doer to Manager to Leader, with Dorianne Cotter-Lockard. We will be offering a number of seminars and workshops to enhance and develop the leadership and organizational skills of clergy and lay leaders at very reasonable prices.

The Institute was created to provide a range of leadership training and consulting for organizations to develop a "culture of leadership." There is an ongoing need for leadership training and development in local non-profits, small businesses, and spiritual communities. Our area has a wealth of experienced leaders who can provide this training and development and who will be invited to serve the Institute as advisors and/or as faculty. The focus will be a blend of the best of the corporate and non-profit worlds. Being a Spiritual Center, our focus is also to ensure the highest ethical standards and to recognize the spiritual dimension of all human beings. Our Co-Directors are Dr. Jim Lockard and Dorianne Cotter-Lockard.
